ABOUT ME
At the beginning of the 2020 COVID19 pandemic, with the kids having gone virtual and all of us stuck at home, I took on the challenge of macarons. I don't know why, because I had never tasted a macaron that I was impressed by. But after watching the delightful Ann Reardon's "How to Cook That" YouTube channel and her macaron tutorial, I was compelled to try.
As anyone who has baked macarons will tell you, they are extremely finicky but so addictive. Once you get the bug, it is hard to let go. Even my first pitiful failed batch tasted better than any professional macaron I had tasted, and an obsession was born.
It's been a year, and I don't think an entire week has gone by that I haven't baked at least a batch or two. Enough people expressed interest that I decided to offer my services on a baked-to-order basis. And thanks to my brother’s constant “macaron city” jokes, I decided to name it in honor of him 😉.
I am always experimenting, and love trying new things. So if you have a new flavor or design that you'd like for me to attempt for you, let me know. You are not limited to the list on this site.

PRICING
All macarons are made-to-order.
I require a minimum two week lead time and full payment before I begin.
A dozen minimum order is required for each flavor.
$2.50 each macaron, $30/dozen
